Virtual Tour of Rooms for Rent

The Georgetown Chamber of Commerce has expanded! Our new building holds 250 people theatre style or 160 people banquet style. It is designed to be THE place to affordably hold events & meetings, thanks in part to our audio-visual equipment. For those needing a smaller place, our Executive Board Room holds up to 30 people.

Schedule a tour! Tours are given M-F between 8 and 5pm. On Wednesdays, tours can be scheduled for up until 7pm. Please contact Allison at 930.3535 or admin@georgetownchamber.org with questions or to schedule a time to see the facility. Brides: Save the date! The 2nd Annual Georgetown Bridal Show featuring 50+ vendors will be held at the Chamber on February 26th.

Main Event & Meeting Room
Our main room has 50' x 44' of available floor space for your event. The caterer's kichen seen in the picture below includes a refrigerator and is located on the North side of the room. The main room is commonly used for wedding receptions, private parties, and corporate meetings. If your event takes place when the Chamber is closed, you will be given a key programmed to allow you into to the facility the day of your event.

*Half day rates only available M-F for 4 hour rentals ending by 6pm. Full day rentals last from 7am to Midnight.
** Damage & clean-up deposit for events with alcohol or dancing is a $500 refundable deposit for members or a $1,000 refundable deposit for non-members.

(23) 6ft rectangular tables
250 upholstered chairs
Use of storage room (sometimes used by caterers that are serving food or as a place to store their extra dishes)

Add-ons:
Wireless microphone & podium .... $25. 
HD projector & screen .... $25.
Dance Floor Rental (15’ x 18’ oak laminate floor, including assembly & disassembly) .... $350.
Caterer’s Kitchen .... $25 per day for members / $50 per day for non-members.
Fee waived with use of caterer from preferred vendor list.
Set-up and/or clean-up .... $150 (Estimated price based on 100 people at event ending after 6pm. Ask for quote.)

Georgetown Chamber of Commerce Board Room
Capacity: 30 people.

The modular table can be divided into four rectangular tables and two semi-circular tables. Each section of the table is on wheels, making it easy to move. Not shown is the white board with the pull down projection screen. The room is commonly used for baby showers, meetings, and training sessions.
