Virtual Tour of Rooms for Rent

The Georgetown Chamber of Commerce has expanded! Our new building is located adjacent to our existing building at 100 Stadium Drive. The new building includes a large meeting room able to hold 250 people theatre style or 168 people banquet style. It can be divided in half with the type of divider typically found at a high end hotel or convention center. It is designed to be THE place to hold meetings, thanks in part to our audio-visual equipment. For those needing a smaller place (up to 30 people), our Executive Board Room will be available to rent.

Stop by for a tour! Though the meeting room must be booked during business hours (M-F 8-5), it is available for use 7 days a week from 7am to midnight. Please contact Marlene at 930.3535 or info@georgetownchamber.org with questions about renting our meeting room or board room.

Georgetown Chamber of Commerce Meeting Room/ Event Space
The meeting room/ event has 50' x 44' of available floor space for your event. The caterer's kichen seen in the picture below includes a refrigerator and is located on the North side of the meeting room.

* Half day rates available for 4 hour rental M-F ending by 6pm
** Damage & clean-up deposit for events with alcohol or dancing is a $500 refundable deposit for members or a $1,000 refundable deposit for non-members.

Extras
Wireless microphone & podium .... $25. 
HD projector & screen .... $25.
Dance Floor Rental (15’ x 18’ oak laminate floor, including assembly & disassembly) .... $350.
Caterer’s Kitchen .... $25 per day for members / $50 per day for non-members. 
Fee is waived if using a caterer from the approved caterer’s list.

Georgetown Chamber of Commerce Board Room
Capacity: 30 people.

The modular table can be divided into four rectangular tables and two semi-circular tables. Each section of the table is on wheels, making it easy to move. Not shown is the white board with the pull down projection screen. The room is commonly used for meetings, training sessions,wedding/baby showers, and smaller parties.

*rate is for up to 4 uses per year.  After that, it’s $100 per use. Half day rate available on weekdays only. This rate is valid through the end of the year.
