Who We're Looking for as a Team Member
We’re seeking an individual who is passionate about community engagement, has a strong sense of initiative, and is eager to contribute to the success of Georgetown’s businesses. This role is relationship-driven and results-oriented, requiring someone who is comfortable with outreach while achieving measurable goals. The position includes both membership/sponsorship sales and retention responsibilities, and success is evaluated through performance metrics and data. We prioritize relationship management, long-term member engagement, and delivering real value to our business community. Success in this position comes from maintaining strong member relationships while using data and metrics to guide performance and growth.

Membership Manager
Are you passionate about building relationships and helping businesses thrive? The Georgetown Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Membership Manager to lead our efforts in growing and retaining a vibrant and engaged membership base. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for local businesses - educating them on Chamber benefits, onboarding new members, managing renewals, and leading sponsorship and publication sales. You'll work closely with the team to drive membership growth, strengthen engagement, and ensure our members feel valued year-round. If you're a proactive communicator with a heart for community and a head for strategy and follow through, we’d love to hear from you.
