Open Position:
Administrative Services Coordinator
The Georgetown Chamber is seeking a dynamic, Administrative Services Coordinator who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, enjoys creative work, and wants to play a key role in a vibrant community. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, this position creates a welcoming, professional experience while supporting daily operations. This role offers opportunities to contribute creatively by developing social media graphics and digital content that promote Chamber programs and our event center. In addition, this position supports Event Center rentals by responding to inquiries, assisting with tours, creating floorplans, and helping ensure seamless, high-quality events. Ideal candidates are organized, personable, and creative, with a passion for serving others and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
